ZOOM ONLINE EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
Should you be unhappy with the items you have purchased, Zoom Online will gladly refund or exchange unworn or defective merchandise within 15 (Fifteen) days of delivery date.
Zoom Online offers a 30-day manufacturing guarantee on all our products. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted after 15 (Fifteen) days. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, with the original complete change/returns page (which you will receive with you order), and the original invoice.
Unfortunately, Zoom Online does not accept exchanges or returns at all on sale items or on items which have been used or worn.
For returns accompanied by an original completed exchange/returns page and the original invoice, a refund will be made once Zoom Online has received the returned merchandise and is satisfied that it is unworn.
The refund will be in the form of a credit to your credit card for the price recorded on the receipt or slip. Shipping, handling and insurance charges on all purchases are not refundable.
Please note, Zoom Online does not absorb return delivery costs unless the expense is a result of our error otherwise the customer is responsible for the expense.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: ONLY APPLICABLE IF USING POST OFFICE FOR DELIVERY
All item(s) sent to Zoom Online regarding an Exchange / Return via a post office must be insured and please ensure to put your item(s) in a sealed document bag available at post office with Zoom Online’s correct delivery details.
Please DO NOT try and seal the shoe box with anything (glue, tape, staples etc) as this ruins the shoe box and we will then be unable to accept the item(s) back as the original shoe box is damaged and we do not stock extra shoe boxes.
